Step 2

About 20 to 30 minutes after you have had your nutritious meal, it’s time to have 4 teaspoons of bhringraj served with 4 teaspoons of water blended into it. if I could tell you only one herb for healthy hair It would be none other than bhringaraj.

Bhringraj is praised by Ayurvedic scriptures for its magical properties that help to reverse grey hair and also prevent hair fall. Vitamin D, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, iron, and also some chemical compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, polyethylene, and cumin stents are included in bhringraj. Step 4

Step number 4 is oiling the scalp with Neeli Bhringadhi oil.
